Good. Presented in good condition, with the mahogany frame exhibiting a rich, deep glow and authentic patina. While there is some discoloration to the corner of the wooden top (as shown in the accompanying photography), the mahogany remains striking. The leather inlay is well-preserved, the brass handles are in excellent order, and the piece is structurally sound throughout.

Use this in a narrow hall or landing; it would also be perfect in an alcove or drawing room.
